Looking for a Partner for a One-on-One Roleplay

So, I am looking for someone to roleplay a one-on-one with me. . . . I'm looking for someone who is literate, and who is very dedicated in their writings and roleplaying.

As clich? as it sounds, I want to do a one-on-one regarding the genre of romance. I'm looking for someone to play a male dhampir here, you know, a half-vampire/half-human. I've been wanting to do one of these for a while, but I thought it was just a passing phase, but I've been wanting to do something like this for about three weeks now and have finally resorted to this.

The idea of the roleplay would be pretty simple, taking place in a fantasy world where things like magic and technology intermingle, and humans are not the only sentient species. There are also many other types of creatures around, you name it, its in there. Humans and magical folk exist separately from one another, there is much tension between them, yet it's not out of the question for some of the latter to slip into the daily lives of humans, and live among them in secret.

The fact that a few magical creatures live among humans has led to the birth of halflings; most notably, the dhampirs.

Dhampirs are like their vampire parents for the fact they have the need to feed on human blood, yet their need is not as crushing, they are able to step foot into the sun, but it makes them ill for several days depending on how long they spend in it. They can enter establishments and people's homes without being invited in, yet it causes them pain, their strength and reflexes are better than that of a human's, but pale in comparison to that of a full-fledged vampire. . . . They are able to hyponotize the weak-minded, and alter their memories for a time if they desire, yet they have no power over those who are of strong and sound mind.

Dhampirs are sickly creatures, tiring easily because of their mixed bloods rejecting one another, but when overcome with emotion, are able to exert great effort. At the same time, despite the fact they are fairly weak, dhampirs are long lived. Though they are not able to live as long as their vampire parents, dhampirs have lives that span hundreds of years themselves.

Dhampirs are feared by humans, yet are accepted by full-blooded vampires. . . .

The idea for this roleplay revolves around a human girl by the name of Jacqueline, the daughter of a deceased noble who is about to turn eighteen. . . . She is betrothed to the son of a duke, whom she cannot stand, yet for the sake of her mother, she endures her fate. . . . Upon the night her eighteenth birthday is being celebrated by her fianc?'s father with a rather large bash to introduce her and his son as a couple to their town, Jacqueline's life is turned on its head.

She crosses paths with a dhampir who has been alive for years, and after an unexpected turn of events, she finds that her fate has been linked with his. . . .
